III International Colloquium “Law, Neoliberalism, and Contemporaneity: Critical Transversalities”

The event brings together professors and researchers from international universities, providing a space for interdisciplinary discussion on the political, legal, economic, and cultural transformations shaping the present. The discussions focus on a critical analysis of neoliberalism and its evolving forms, exploring the impact of new technologies, the reconfiguration of geopolitical balances, the crisis of democratic institutions, and the changing forms of social control.

Topics addressed in the programme include the role of artificial intelligence and algorithms in decision-making processes, surveillance technologies, digital governmentality, transformations in capitalism, and the relationship between neoliberalism, authoritarianism, populism, and new configurations of global power.
